The SERRC regions are labeled, segmented, and burst apart. Within each county the number of school districts and number of ATIP awards is listed. The SERRC offers technical support to those applying for assistive technology funding through ATIP. This map provides a visual of the each SERRC region and the corresponding Ohio counties. The objective of this map is to display the number of school districts in each county as well as the number of grants awarded.
Detailed Description
The figure shows an outline of the state of Ohio. Each county within Ohio is outlined and labeled with the appropriate county name and is situated within the corresponding SERRC region. Each SERRC region is displayed by a bolder outline around the region border, which encases the corresponding counties that are colored light grey. In addition each region is separated from the others to bring focus to each and a shadow is evident behind each region. Within each county are two stars. One star is blue and the other is black. The blue star is listed first and represents the number of school districts in the county while the black star is listed second (below the first) and represents the number of grants awarded. Next to each star is a number that corresponds to the star's meaning. In this description, when the counties in each region are listed, two numbers will be provided after the county name.
