The photograph is taken at an angle showing part of the outside of the model home as well as the inside. The posterior walls are light pink and textured. The inside room is centered in the photograph and is made up of a dark wooden floor and white walls. A staircase that zigzags upwards in a "V" shape to the second floor makes up the majority of the photograph. A thick brown and gray railing runs alongside both sides of the staircase and continues along the balcony portion of the hallway on the second floor. Two more rooms at the right side of the home are slightly visible. Large metal beams span the width of the bottom and the top of the entire model home display.
