The photograph of the model house is taken at a diagonal and shows the right side and front of the house. The house is two stories tall and has a green plastic peaked roof. There is porch at the front of the house supported by 4 posts. A bar running lengthwise connects the two posts at the left-hand side of the porch and a flowerbox is situated between the two posts at the right-hand side of the porch. The exterior walls of the model are light pink and appear slightly textured. Two opaque windows are located on the second floor side-by-side, on the front of the house. Another two are on the second-floor are closer to the back half of the house. Four windows are seen on the first floor, three along the side of the house and one on the front under the porch. The door and window are barely seen under the porch roof at the front of the house. The porch floor is tiled with brown tile. The model is displayed inside of a showroom with other displays visible in the background of the photograph.
