In the center of the photograph is the large two-story model home. It is tan in color and has a dark, peaked roof with a smaller flat roof above the back door, creating a porch area. There are eight symmetrical clear glass windows that can be seen from this view of the house.
Surrounding the model home is the back yard and the lawn around the sides of the house. The lawn is green and grassy, with various patches of dirt and some areas of missing grass. A garden is located in the back yard diagonally spread in the photograph. Several red, pink and yellow flowers are planted among taller grass-like bushes. The ground of the garden is brownish and made of woodchips. Next to the garden and closer to the left side of the photograph is a cement walk-way leading diagonally up to the back door.
Within the porch and walkway, near the back of the house, several people are standing with their backs turned away from the camera. Eleven people total are shown and nine of them are standing in somewhat of a semi-circle. They appear to be the tourists who are listening to a lady in a red shirt standing in front of the back door. She is most likely explaining the project and design of the model home to the tourists. There is also one older lady sitting behind the tour guide in a chair on the porch.
